Transparency & Communication

Too often, members are left in the dark about how decisions are made. I believe in a chapter where information is clear and accessible. I'll actively work to keep members informed with regular updates and honest dialogue that respects your voice.

Meaningful Leadership Development

I have felt the transformative power of leadership within the movement, and I want every member to have access to that growth. By creating clear pathways to leadership by creating support systems and programs that support your growth in and outside of the movement. 

Partnerships & Sponsorships

We are stronger when we're connected to the community around us. I will work to cultivate partnerships that elevate our mission and the work we do to ensure collaborators understand the power and potential of investing in us.

Retention & Recruitment

No matter the reason members join, they should feel like they belong in YP. I'll focus on cultivating a membership experience that's engaging, responsive, and rooted in value. That means delivering programmingthat  people are excited to be part of and checking in on why members stay. So we can keep building towards something worth coming back to year after year.
